Rammell Mountain Yurt
Only one hour from Jackson Hole, but feels like world’s away!
Rammell Mountain Yurt is the newest addition to our yurt system. Nestled among 24-wooded acres of peaceful aspen and douglas fir woodland, this yurt is a great place to relax with family and friends. Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are each a mere one-hour scenic drive. Several National Forest hiking trails are less than a 10-minute drive away. Other nearby attractions include downhill skiing at Grand Targhee and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and restaurants and shopping in Jackson Hole and the quaint towns of Victor and Driggs, Idaho.

This 30 -foot yurt has ample room to sleep six people and comes complete with kitchen and bathing facilities. The yurt is equipped with a wood stove and propane heater, sleeping bags and pads for the bunk beds, and solar electricity. The kitchen is fully-equiped with a two-burner propane cook stove, cookware and utensils. The separate bathhouse has a toilet, shower and sinks with hot water. Puzzles, games and magazines offer entertainment when you feel like lounging next to the wood stove. This is the perfect cozy retreat after a day exploring the woods!
In the summer and fall, the Retreat is easily accessible by car. In winter, it is a short ski or snowshoe trip. There is great hiking and biking right out the front door. The yurt is ideally situated to explore the hiking and biking trails of the central and northern Tetons, too, as well as a great base camp from which to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. |
 Day Hike & Yurt Lodging Package
Join us for an informative day hike in the mountains and then spend the night in our cozy Rammell Mountain Yurt, nestled in the aspen trees. This is your opportunity to stay in the backcountry without having to backpack! After our hike, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the forest, take a hot shower or relax on the deck with a glass of wine. We'll prepare dinner for you as you watch the sunset. Ahh, the great outdoors!

 Horseback Riding and Yurt Lodging
July 8-12, Aug 31-Sep 4, or on demand for groups of 4 or more
Rendezvous is offering five nights of yurt lodging with three days of guided horseback riding tours in the Jedediah Smith Wilderness in partnership with Dry Ridge Outfitters (www.dryridge.com). Spend your days in the saddle exploring the Teton mountains with expert wranglers Kevin and Debbie Little, then return to the yurt where we'll cook you a gourmet dinner as you relax into the evening.
Cost: $1055/person includes five nights lodging, five dinners, five continental breakfasts, three guided trail rides with tack, horses, lunch and transportation.
Yurt Rental Only
You can rent the yurt for your family or friends and supply your own meals. Yurt rental rates are $85/night for one or two people, $110/night for three or more people, plus tax. Includes exclusive use of the yurt. Please inquire. |
